The service

Babel is currently in pre-launch. The website provides information about the upcoming product and allows you to join a waitlist for early access. The product itself is not yet available.

Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the product
• Waitlist position may be influenced by referrals and signup date
• We may contact you via the email you provide with updates about Babel's launch
• You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected]

Your conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit fake, disposable, or fraudulent email addresses
• Attempt to manipulate your waitlist position through automated means
• Abuse the referral system (spam, fake accounts, bots)
• Interfere with the website's operation or security
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website beyond normal browsing

Intellectual property

All content on heybabel.com — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by Babel. You may share links to our pages but may not reproduce our content without permission.

No warranty

The website and waitlist are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about when Babel will launch, what features it will include, or that waitlist members will receive access in any particular order.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms as Babel evolves. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
