When will Creator Pro and Business launch? ▾
Paid plans will launch alongside the full product. If you join the waitlist now, you'll be first to know — and early members get a 30-day free trial of Creator Pro when we launch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? ▾
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
At launch we'll accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. More payment methods will be added based on where our members are.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
Yes — full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. After 14 days, unused time on annual plans is refunded pro-rata.
Is there a plan for larger teams or enterprises? ▾
